With no tryouts, no bench, and pathways for every rider to participate, NICA recognizes the value of inclusive events for all student-athletes. The organization’s core values of fun, inclusivity, equity, respect, and community guide the programming, racing, and events offered through its 32 leagues nationwide.

Since its founding in 2009, NICA has served almost 90,000 student-athletes. NICA has 32 state and regional leagues and 15,000+ registered volunteer coaches working annually with more than 25,000 student-athletes from nearly 1,000 high school and middle school teams across the U.S.
